• You are responsible for any products you buy or sell through the platform.
• You must comply with Sri Lankan laws and marketplace policies.
• Fake listings, scams, and prohibited items are strictly forbidden.

3. Listing Rules

• All submitted listings must contain real images of the item.
• Sellers must ensure all product information is accurate.
• TBusiness reserves the right to reject or remove listings that violate guidelines.

4. Payments & Premium Features

TBusiness offers paid features such as Boost Ads and Premium Seller accounts. These fees are non-refundable once the service is delivered.

5. Communication

Buyers and sellers must communicate respectfully. Abusive behavior may result in account suspension.

6. Liability

TBusiness is not responsible for any transaction issues such as payment fraud, defective items, delivery problems, or disputes between users.

7. Termination & Removal

We may suspend or remove any user who violates these terms.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated Terms.
